WEEKEND ITINERARY

Thursday

Arrival                  12PM

Thursday will be spent settling in and getting to know each other. We'll go for an easy run to kick off the weekend then head back to the house for a little mingling, a beautiful dinner and a restful night.

Friday

Breakfast                   7AM

Morning Run            8AM

Afternoon Seminar  4PM

Dinner                  6:30PM

We'll start Friday with a beautiful breakfast followed by an easy group run. After a fueling lunch, we'll casually participate in an afternoon learning seminar before dinner and drinks. 

Saturday

Evening recovery yoga     5:00PM

Saturday will be a full day, packed with fun from sunrise to sunset. We'll start the day with a nourishing breakfast to fuel us for a full day on the trail. We'll have lunch on the mountain before heading back. We'll stretch out with a recovery yoga session before dinner. Dinner will be a deliciously seasonal meal made with all local ingredients.

We'll start Sunday with getting out on the trail. Lunch will be back at the house followed by our next running seminar! We'll follow that up with some beautiful outdoor yoga for runners lead by certified yoga instructor. After dinner we'll hear from a local running legend on her lifetime running experience! 

Monday

Meditation reflection         9AM

We'll wrap up Monday with a reflective meditation session and one more wholesome lunch before heading home. 

All meals will be provided for the weekend! We will be using all local produce and whole foods to provide the most wholesome nutrition possible. For those interested in plant based eating, we will be doing a unique focus on those options throughout the weekend. All meals will be prepared in a demonstration setting by Lauren, our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, for you to learn the preparation and cooking techniques if interested. 

Fall 2021 retreat in UTAH!

Our fall 2021 RYHO retreat will be in the southern area of Utah, accessing Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon areas. You'll have expansive views and trails right out the door. We will be positioned in the perfect location close to multiple national parks, with all the trails you could dream of.

Our retreat location boasts a wrap around deck, out door yoga space, and an outdoor hot tub!
