MIND & BODY SEMINARS

Learn how to stay safe on the trail and prevent injuries from running. Enjoy proper running stretching and yoga practices.

Connect Through Running

The Run Your Heart Out women's running retreat began as a glimmer of an idea that quickly turned into reality. Three women, all passionate about running, decided to bring people together to learn, grow and experience an adventure! 
We will help you connect with you inner self while out on the trails, fuel your body with delicious real foods and learn how to treat your body well through regular practices.
Our excursion runs will be broken into groups by pace and ability, to welcome all runners. These runs will range from 1-10 miles, depending on the trail and your interests!
When participating, you'll receive a pretty awesome SWAG bag including a ton of running goodies from our sponsors. You'll be able to take these goodies home with you as a reminder of your trail running adventures!
