Connect Through Running
The Run Your Heart Out women's running retreat began as a glimmer of an idea that quickly turned into reality. Three women, all passionate about running, decided to bring people together to learn, grow and experience an adventure!
We will help you connect with you inner self while out on the trails, fuel your body with delicious real foods and learn how to treat your body well through regular practices.
Our excursion runs will be broken into groups by pace and ability, to welcome all runners. These runs will range from 1-10 miles, depending on the trail and your interests! *New this year: we will also be incorporating road running and alighting the retreat with an official 5k/half marathon event!
When participating, you'll receive a pretty awesome SWAG bag including a ton of running goodies from our sponsors. You'll be able to take these goodies home with you as a reminder of your trail running adventures!
